Send a Message- Do I need an appointment?
- Walk-ins are welcome for oil changes and tire work, but booking ahead means we can have your parts on the shelf and get you back on the road the same day.
- Will you tell me before doing extra work?
- Always. We call with the finding, the price and whether it can safely wait. Nothing gets done that you haven't approved.
- Do you charge for diagnostics?
- Yes. Engine scan diagnostics start at $125 and suspension diagnostics at $65, because that is real testing time rather than a code read. Brake inspections are a free visual check.
- Can I supply my own parts?
- Yes, though we can't warranty a part we didn't supply. In most cases our trade pricing lands close to what you'd pay retail anyway.
- How long does a brake job take?
- Most pad-and-rotor jobs are two to three hours. If a caliper or hose is seized we'll call you before ordering parts.
- Do you tow?
- Yes, locally around Columbus during shop hours. Call the shop and we'll come get it — towing and repair quoted as one job.
- What areas do you serve?
- We're on Sullivant Ave on the west side, and we see customers from all over the Columbus metro — Hilltop, Franklinton, Grove City, Galloway and Upper Arlington.
- What payment methods do you take?
- Cash, debit and all major credit cards. Ask about payment options on larger repairs.
